Terms of Service
GENERAL
1. I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their requests.
2. I have the right to post the art on any social media as long as the client did not request an NDA.
3. The commissioned work can not be used on any Blockchain related technology.
4. The commissioned work must not be used on any AI Technology or any related systems.
5. The Terms of service are subject to change at anytime without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
1. Payments may change depending on the complexity of the character.
2. Payments should be paid in full after I have sent the sketch and before I start working on the commission.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Commission speed may vary depending on workload. 3 Days-1 Week-1 Month (MAX).
2. Update may come constantly every 3 days or a week.
REFUNDS
1. NO REFUNDS. I will make sure to draw your commission within a month.
